From the North via the Parkway
The Barnegat exit is currently undergoing extensive construction which results in changing conditions; some temporary while others are shorter lived. In the final design the "old south bound" exit ramp will NOT permit a left turn onto Bay Ave nor a left turn onto Lighthouse Drive.
As of this date, use the first exit ramp (old ramp), turn right at the light (Bay Ave west bound). Travel about 1/2 mile to the next light (Nautilus Drive). Turn left at Nautilus and proceed about 1 mile. The school is on your left.
When the old ramp is rebuilt there will be a change in the location of the first traffic light. When this happens, travel through the first light and continue the 1/2 mile to Nautilus where you will turn left.
From the South & East:
From Garden State Parkway take Exit 63 (Rte. 72 West) and follow Route 72 westbound for about 3/10th of a mile. At the second traffic light turn right onto Nautilus Drive. Follow Nautilus Drive about 1.7 miles. Turn right at entrance to Ocean Acres School. Follow signs to Ocean Acres Community Center which is on the right hand end of the school.
